After nearly two decades in the laboratory, Pamela felt called toward a new professional direction. She had long been interested in real estate and began exploring the world of property investment by purchasing and renovating two homes. What started as a personal investment quickly grew into a passion for the industry and the opportunities it creates for individuals and families to build financial stability.

Today, Pamela leads Gilliam Realty Group with a focus on education, client advocacy and long term financial strategy through real estate. She guides buyers, sellers and investors through each stage of the process while ensuring every decision is made with clarity and confidence.

Her journey into real estate was rooted in a simple belief: everyone deserves access to clear guidance when making one of the most important financial decisions of their life. On Sundays you can usually find them cheering on their favorite NFL team together — “Fly Eagles Fly!” She’s also one of his biggest supporters, proudly showing up for his education, high school football games and weightlifting pursuits.
